Shipping

Can you refund my shipping charges?

We operate 100% independently of all shipping carriers & therefore cannot be held responsible for their actions, as a result we will not accept returns or be issuing refunds for shipping costs due to later than expected deliveries. We truly apologize if any items do not arrive in time, but our team is working around the clock in order to get packages out as soon as they are ordered. We appreciate your understanding and patience!


Why is my tracking number showing my package as delivered when it hasn't been?

On rare occasions our shipping partners may mark your items as delivered when they have not actually been delivered. If this happens, please wait three full business days to see if your package arrives. If your package does not arrive after the third day, please contact us at support@covecanada.com


When will my order ship?

Note: During the holiday season, order processing and packing times may increase by 1 to 3 days. Please be patient with our team, they are working through tens of thousands of orders at a time. 

Orders are picked, packed, and shipped Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm PST, excluding major holidays like Christmas and New Year's Day, when shipping carriers don't normally operate. We try to ship all orders out on a daily basis, but during periods of large demand, your order may take an extra day or two to go out. 


My package has been lost or stolen, now what?

Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered. We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails that allows you to track your package and verify delivery. If you still have not received your package after 3 business days please contact our customer service team at support@covecanada.com.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item?

Please Note: For orders placed 11/15/2024 to 12/25/2024 the return period is extended to 60 days from the date of purchase. Orders placed before or after these dates are subject to the original 30 day return window. All other policies apply as normal.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return or exchange your unwashed and unworn item(s) within 30 days from when your order is shipped. To get started, please send email us at support@covecanada.com with your order number, full name, and the reason for the return.

Note: Returns will have a $5 Shipping & Handling Fee deducted from the refund total. 

All returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, have zero odor (perfumes, cologne, detergent, deodorant, smoke, Febreze, etc.), and be returned in its original condition. We fully inspect every item we receive. If you return an item that has been worn, washed, smells, is covered in animal or human hair, lint, etc. we will launder it and donate it to a local organization and you will not receive a refund for the item(s). Please note, if your item is deemed ineligible for the above reasons and you want it back, you are responsible for the return shipping costs to have it sent back to you.

All sales are final on all Mystery items and Mystery Boxes; these items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card (final sale).

Returns Lost in Transit: We are not responsible for returned items that are lost with a carrier and not physically received by us, as we are unable to verify the quantity and quality of the items returned to us. If you send a return to us that is lost in transit we will only issue store credit for the returned item if tracking shows it was in transit to our warehouse. 

Refund Information: All credits for returns will be applied directly to the original form of payment. If a prepaid gift card was used to place your order and a return was processed, the funds will be returned to the prepaid gift card. Refunds are processed back to your original form of payment regardless of what was used. If you no longer have the prepaid gift card or the card has expired, you will need to contact the card provider for options.


Can I return a Gift Card?

All gift cards are final sale items, if you need assistance with using your gift card, please email support@covecanada.com with your order number, email, and the name associated with the order.


Returns for Free Gifts, Mystery Items & BOGO Deals

All sales are final on mystery items. Free gifts included with orders may not be returned for store credit or cash. If you wish to return an item with which you received a Free Gift, you must send the Free Gift back with the items you wish to return. We will honor the Free Gift discount on your replacement order.

Refunds

How do I cancel my order?

If you'd like to cancel your order, please reach out to support@covecanada.com with your order number. Please note that while we will try our best to cancel before fulfillment, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.


When will my return be processed?

We process returns and exchanges as they arrive from the carrier. You will receive a notification to the email you originally placed your order with once your return has been processed and your payment has been refunded.

All credits for returns will be applied directly to the original form of payment. If a prepaid gift card was used to place your order and a return was processed, the funds will be returned to the prepaid gift card. Refunds are processed back to your original form of payment regardless of what was used. If you no longer have the prepaid gift card or the card has expired, you will need to contact the card provider for options

Sizes & Size Charts

What size Shirt/Hoodie should I order?

All of our products fit true to size, so if you wear a Large shirt in other brands, we suggest ordering a Large Shirt from us. 

If you are in between sizes, but want a slightly oversized fit, go with one size up. If you want a tighter, more athletic fit, go one size down.

What size Shorts should I order?

Our shorts are designed to fit based off of your waist size. If you wear a 32 normally, order a 32 for a normal, relaxed fit. If you are used to a tighter, form fitting look, please order one size down. If you want a tapered, very athletic fit, order 2 sizes down.

For example, if you normally wear a 32, but want slightly tighter fit, order a size 30. 

If you normally wear a 32, but want a tapered, athletic fit, order a size 28.
